แต่ท่านไม่เคยบอกว่าความหมายของ blue I คืออะไร

He told me that his name means 'blue I' in english.

they used another kind of gps, not 'global positioning system' but 'ger positioning system', they just ask the nomads how to get from one ger (nomad tent) to another.

ผมเล่าให้พี่หมูฟัง แกยกว็อดก้ายี้ห้อเจงกิสข่านขึ้นมาจิบแล้วเล่าว่า มีแค่ไม่กี่ชนชาติในโลกที่ดื่มน้ำเป็นหลักเหมือนคนไทย ครึ่งหนึ่งนั้นดื่มชาเป็นหลัก อีกเกือบครึ่งดื่มนม ไวน์ เหล้า

เท่าที่ผมทราบ โลกตะวันตกและมนุษย์ในสังคมสมัยใหม่เพิ่งจะหันมาดื่มน้ำมากขึ้น
เพราะมีรายงานทางวิทยาศาสตร์ว่าการดื่มน้ำมีประโยชน์ ความเชื่อนี้ถูกส่งเสริมด้วยการโฆษณาของบริษัทน้ำดื่ม

as a producer, I went to mongolia alone one week before the rest of the team to do some pre-production research. I went to the national university of mongolia to interview professsors and students. I then invited some to join me for lunch and was surprised to see that nobody drank water after the meal.

i told my observation to dr.nitipoom and he explained to me that there are not so many societies that orignially drink water traditionally like siam. half of the world drink tea, almost another half would drink milk, wine, or alcoholic drink of some sorts.

to my knowledge, the west and human in modern societies recently drink more water only because there are scientific reports that water is good for health. this belief is promoted heavily by companies that sell water

มีบางคนทำนายไว้ว่า ในอนาคตประชากรโลกอาจต้องซื้ออากาศหายใจ

ไม่น่าแปลก เพราะทุกวันนี้เราก็ต้องซื้อน้ำดื่มและดินเพื่อปลูกต้นไม้กันเป็นเรื่องปรกติ

ผมคิดว่ามันไม่ควรที่จะเป็นเรื่องปรกติ

it will not be a surprise because today we are normally buying water to drink and dirt to plant trees.

the day that i was there in tiananmen square, i was overwhelmed with the sense of being alienatated from the surrounding happy tourists .

according to my friend, ji young, gwangju has all the best things in korea; be it the tasty kimchi, the beautiful mountain, the vibrant cityhood, the sophisticated bus station, the modern subway, and, of course, the lovely people.

i was there for two weeks and found that ji young is really nice.

i was picked up by a monk friend of my brother. he drove a black s class mercedes and took me to the highest buidling of shinjuku and treated me yakiniku (grilled meat) at the restaurant on the top story.

he is a really rich monk, i thought.

ฉายาใหม่ กค. ๔๗ ยูซอง เกาหลีใต้

ผมบวชเป็นพระฝึกหัดอยู่สองอาทิตย์ ก่อนที่จะได้รับอนุญาตให้เข้ารับการอุปสมบทเป็นสามเณรในวัดจากวางซา วัดในนิกายเซน(ซอน ในภาษาเกาหลี)

ในพิธี หลวงพ่อจองอาถามสามครั้งว่าผมต้องการบวชจริงๆใช่หรือไม่ ผมตอบว่าใช่สามครั้ง แล้วท่านก็เอาธูปมาจี้ที่แขนของผมสามครั้ง แล้วให้ฉายาว่า บ็อบกวาง

แปลว่า แสงแห่งพุทธะ

after having been practicing living as a hengja sunim (apprentice monk) i became a sami sunim (novice monk) at Jakwansa, a zen ('son' in korean pronunciation) buddhism temple.

the upgrade ceremony was a surprise. chong ah sunim asked me three times do i really want to become a sami sunim, i said yes three times. he then used an incent stick to burn my arm three times and gave me a new name: bob kwang sunim.

it means the light of the buddha.
